Mixing and matching fabric textures is something I am still figuring out. Once upon a time it would have broken all fashion rules to pair this cotton shirt with this silk skirt (it would be like wearing white after labor day bad!) But fashion right now seems to be all about pairing strange things together and discovering that they actually look great. In fact, being the rule breaker that I am (OK, I'll admit, this outfit is as close as I've come to breaking any rules) I've decided to challenge myself to break a few more fashion rules, inspired by this TLC Style article.
