I've never really understood this rule. When it says "after" Labor Day, does that mean until the end of the year? Until Memorial Day? Until the first day of summer? And what exactly is to be included in this rule? Just white pants? Or all white? White socks, shoes, bags, shirts, everything? Who knows. Point is, I think it's really ok to just wear white all year round and not worry about any more rules. And that's the last one folks!
